• Instructions on how to claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.
• Claims are only open to United States residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or 1st cousin.
• Promotion commences on 12.18.09 and ends on 09.30.10 ("Promotional Period"). Final claims for the Free 10 year warranty on Smart Drive Motor must be made by midnight Pacific Standard Time 10.31.10.
• The offer is only available with the purchase of one of the following products from any authorized Fisher & Paykel Appliances retailer throughout the United States during the promotional period.

• This offer applies only to retail purchase (paid in full) of A-grade Fisher & Paykel autowashers WA42T26GW1 | WL42T26KW1 | WL42T26DW1 | WA37T26GW2 | WL37T26KW2 | WL37T26DW2 | WL37T26CW2 | WL42T26CW1. To claim, claimants must register their qualifying appliance online at www.fisherpaykel.com no later than midnight Pacific Standard Time 10.31.10.
• This promotions warranty covers any parts and labor costs associated with the qualified products Smart Drive motor from date of purchase for 10 years. Date of purchase must be within the promotional period.
• Claimants must agree 'Yes' to having read the Terms and Conditions on the website and supply the Model Number of the purchased Qualifying Product.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights
• Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
• Claimants must retain a copy of the original purchase receipt for all claims as Proof of Purchase. Failure to produce the Proof of Purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant's claims and forfeiture of any right to an offer.
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct details for the Free 10 years warranty on smart Drive Motor
• The Free 10 years warranty on smart Drive Motor is not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
• The Free 10 years warranty on smart Drive Motor is not transferable or extended to any other Fisher & Paykel appliances. The Free 10 years warranty on smart Drive Motor is only on the autowasher model purchased as part of the promotion.
• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. If the claimant does not mark the applicable box, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
• This offer is not applicable to trade (commercial) or wholesale suppliers.
• Claims will be invalid if:
  a. Proof of Purchase details fail to match registration details.
  b. Qualifying purchase has not been paid in full.
